2 hands

Decent game with some tough spots. Both are 9-handed.

Hand 1: BB is playing straightforward. I have not seen him do anything spectacular. He has not been out of line, either.

Preflop:
2 limpers, I raise A 10 o from the CO, folds to BB who calls, limpers call.

Flop: 3 5 10 r
BB bets, 1 limper folds, loose passive limper calls, I raise, BB 3-bets, loose passive folds, I cap.

Turn: 7 (puts two clubs on board)
BB bets and says, "AA and KK no good." I call? BB bets in the dark.

River: 5 I...

I'm thinking I should have folded the turn. Any comments?

Hand 2: HJ here is the same player as BB in the previous hand.

Preflop: 1 fold, I raise red JJ from UTG+1, folds to HJ who 3-bets, folds back to me and I cap?

Flop: 10 7 3 w/ 2 diamonds
I bet, HJ raises, I call?

Turn: 10 (not a diamond)
I check, HJ bets, I...

Upon reflection, there seems to be very few hands HJ could have here. He plays very straightforward. I'm thinking TT, JJ, QQ, KK, AA, maybe AK [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].

Re: 2 hands

Hand 1: Villain bets the turn after you showed incredible strenth. He has a set like always there. The only way you are good is that if he called a raise in BB w/10-3 and got counterfeited on the river, which is highly unlikely. Fold the turn. However, once you called the turn you should call the river.

Hand 2. The only hand you can beat is AKd which sometimes will not bet into paired board after missing, and sometimes will get there on the river. The chances of him having 2 other Jacks are worse to 1 in a 1000, and you are losing to just about everything else in his 3 betting range. The pot is too small to bother with. Fold it.
