All lowball hands are read from top to bottom. 75432 is lower than 76421.

Re: Razz question

razz is in the stud section of the forum.

+ your question probably belongs to the beginner section

and yeah you have a 7-6 he had a 7-5, think about it if you were playing stud hi your hand would win (even if the ace is stil low)

Okay thanks I really don't play much but wanted a break from holdem so played a couple heads up tournaments and thought maybe it was a mistake on the sites end. Thanks for the responses

All the sites that spread razz have the rules of the game spelled out on their web pages, including which hands beat which. All of them except Absolute actually award the pot to the best low hand

p.s. come check out the stud forum, and learn how to make some money at the game.

This thread discusses Absolute's confusion over what beats what in razz. I think that that particular issue is resolved, but that doesn't make me want to play there....

Yes, the software bug was fixed and the player who lost the hand in question (for a $2 pot) was compensated with an entry into a $500 BI tourney. No word on whether he was eliminated by POTRIPPER in said tourney
