Bankroll for SNG\'s?
 

Hi all.

I was just wondering, does the 30 buy in rule apply to using SNG's soley to build a bankroll? For instance, if i was to play $5 sit n go's would $150 be enough of a bank roll to play these?

Depending on if you are a winning player or not. I say to be safe 20 is good so 100 would do and what site you are playing on. I runbad on AP but run like a god on Stars. Will you be playing turbos. I might do 40 buyins due to variance. So I will say 20 buyins for regular and 40 for turbos. These numbers are for full 9-10 person sngs. These are not writen rules but they work for me.

I believe the general consensus is 50 buy ins for SnG's

In Moshman's book he suggests a 100 buy-in bankroll. Frankly, that sounds like overkill to me, but what do I know? [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]
