Nah, the only hand I could see calling a raise here, that we beat, would be a weaker queen. Villain could easily have us beat, though,

i like the call too he is probably either on a ten or a busted draw so he likely wont call when you raise unless you are beat

No need to raise here, i would always just call in this spot river TPTK when the action went like it did at flop and turn. Since the river bet is so weak aswell, can you pm result my guess is a A7.
