Villain has raised his button 100% over 104 hands. I have 3 bet him 8 times in the match and he has called 3. Of the those 3 once I took it with a cbet and the other I check folded. FWIW he insta checked the turn and thought for a second or two on the river.

I'm folding here. He has some strength preflop, could easily have an ace and is making a pot sized bet. It does look a little like a bluff, but I'm looking for a better spot.
