During some replays they have an emblem at the bottom right, that's probably your best chance of figuring it out. Well, that or a Japanese speaker.

Also, this game does seem pretty sweet, but are Japanese baseball stadiums/games really like that? Music and everything during pitches? If they are, I want to go to a Japanese baseball game.

Yup, cheering/music is very 'organized' in Japan... some of the more popular hitters on a team have their own music/cheer as well.

Looks like basically every other baseball game I've played recently aside from the obvious fact that it is japanese. What makes this game look special to you?

Also, I can't remember the name but the presentation looks like the old baseball games on Nintendo 64 (forgot the name).

I really could not agree with you and say it looks and plays like other baseball games. But the graphics do remind me of World Series baseball 2k( the first one to come out )for the Dreamcast. It had to be one of my favorite games awesome graphics and it had auto fielding! Which was awful. It still one of my top baseball games.
