sick spot 225 BB deep

For some reason the hand was not imported in PT. Here are the details:

Ipoker
NL 1-2
SB: donk with 200 $
BB: Hero with 450 $
CO: TAG with 450 $ (SunnySunday on Ipoker, running 20/16)

Hero has 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 9 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]

CO raises to 8, SB calls, Hero raises to 32, both call.

Flop (Pot = 96$)
9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 5[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]

SB check, Hero bets 76 $, CO calls, Sb folds

Turn: A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img](Pot = 248 $), 342 effective stack remaining.

I hate all my options, if I bet and get raised I am basically drawing to 10 outs or dead if he has QQ/AA. I don't like bet folding either, since I put such a large portion of my stack in and I still have a set... Hate to check and see another club hit on the river if he checks behind... What's your move ?

considering the Ac hit on the turn that means if he did call your flop bet with a flush draw it was with KJs, KTs, JTs... maybe 56s, 67s etc. but prob not.
I actually like seeing the Ac hit because I think it should narrow villains range to fewer flush draws, (someone correct me if Im wrong) and more hand like AQ, KQ. I bet like 200 on the turn hoping to get it in.

Raise more or flat preflop (I prefer flat). Bet more on flop. I guess I'd bet/call the turn, but I don't feel great about it.
