10/20 hand Versus Gopheresque With Big River Bet
 

Earlier I played a hand against a fish where a guy who was a fish raised and gopheresque made it 240 to go in the SB and I called in BB with KK and the fish called. Flop was JJ6 and he checked and I did and the fish bet 700 and he called and I called. Next we checked to the fish who went all in for 421 and gopheresque called and I put him gopheresque all in for 1200 or a bit more. He then berated me and I said he gives people too much credit. He tried to make it seem like he had AA.

Then fifteen minutes or so later we played da hand below. What would you do on flop/turn/river. I'm tempted to call on the river because I called on turn and it seems like it would be difficutl for anyone to have a 4 there but I don't know I could be wrong. I cant call everytime someone bets that amount obviously because it would be too easy for them to get money from my pockets.

if he could see your hand (and i think he can) how often do you think he tries to bluff it? your hand looks like J8-K, a 4, or a medium PP.

i don't think he's bluffing "deese" hands too frequently.

Your hand is pretty face up unless he thinks you'll call call first two streets with a 4. TT+, KJ, AJ, A4s, 54s, 64s all very much within his range especially as played imo, and that previous hand demonstrates you'll call down with solid but not nutty hands.

What about raise/fold to 3bet turn?
