EDIT:

Is there some way that I can be banned from viewing NVG/BBV/BBV4L? Still allowed to view most of the site, just not these sub-forums?

clear your cookies, apparently your computer is set up to automatically go into these types of forums. it's a common mistake to go into these forums even if you don't click on them.
