money taken from rakeback acount

SO i GET THIS MESAGE ON THE HOME PAGE

Important Absolute Poker Error
Those of you who play tourneys at Absolute poker will notice your rake has gone down after todays update. Absolute has changed the way they show us tourney fees in reports. For the past several days we have been double adding your tourney fee's to your account. We have fixed this error.
So to sum up, if you played tourneys at Absolute, you will notice a decrease in your rake, and in some cases a negative number. Feel free to send us a support ticket for further explanation.

And what is a suppopt ticket? how do you send it?
Why did they take 1/4 of my money?

Re: money taken from rakeback acount

Absolute poker has changed the way they showed us reports and didn't really give us a good update.

What happend before was, they would show us 2 columns.

Column 1 was Ring Game Rake
Column 2 Was Tourney Rake

Our OLD parser (When we uploaded the stats to you the player) would automatically add those 2 columns together giving you your total rake.

About a week ago, they again showed us 2 columns:

Column 1 was Poker Net Rake
Column 2 was Poker Tourney Rake

Our parser, just like before was adding those 2 columns together. What we didn't know was that in the NEW reports, the Poker Tourney Rake was ADDED to the Poker Net Rake. Essentially Tourney players were getting their rake doubled.

Example: One of our bigger players at Absolute had done $4500 in Tourney Rake (We knew he ONLY played Tourneys) So In column 1 it said $4500 Poker Tourney Rake.

In Column 2 it said $4500 in Poker Net Rake

This is when we figured out that we were giving this player credit for $9000.00 in rake.

Hopefully that makes sense, if not please send us a support ticket and we can go over your exact figures.
