i feel like i may be pot commited if i bet, but i might be just deep enough to get away from it i guess...

If you are 100 bb's deep I cant fold this to anyone. Im not folding this with your stack either though. Im going to give him a tight range here. Note you are behind to his range but you would be getting 3:1 on your money so this is a must call. You only need to be good 25% of the time against that range to break even.

what hand do you put him on that beats you? if villain is a reasonable nit (as his stats imply) he's not gonna hang in there with AJ, QJ or KJ oop. guess betting 9-10 is fine here, i'm almost always calling here if he shoves. if he has tens or jacks - so be it.

On a side note, betting 9 or 10 is too much imo. Betting between 1/2-2/3 in a 3 bet pot is definitely enough.

I guess I put too much thought into balance but if I am going to c-bet 1/2-2/3 pot with air or a weaker hand than in this one, then I have to do the same here.
