Villain is Storkdelamork. From what I've seen, he's pretty tight and a little tricky. I've seen him lead into the pre-flop raiser with a flopped set in the past.

The 8 on the river probably doesn't change the situation much from where you were at on the turn. So, if the turn is worth a call, then call the $440 on the river. He may have a straight or higher set, but he might also have a lower set, 2-pair, or he might be bluffing with less.

So, I'd call the river.
