NL2 FR Deep Stack - AKo in a 4-bet situation

I think this hand presents a good learning opportunity for me. I'm going to start by posting it from my perspective, then after I've gotten some feedback, I'd like to look at my opponents choices and ask some questions:

No-Limit Hold'em, $0.02 BB - 250BB Deep Stack Table (9 handed)

CO ($7)
Hero ($4.97)
SB ($13)
BB ($4.73)
UTG ($2.60)
UTG+1 ($4.37)
MP1 ($1.02)
MP2 ($2.48)
MP3 ($5.26)

Preflop: Hero is Button with K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].
UTG calls $0.02, UTG+1 calls $0.02, 1 fold, MP2 raises to $0.08, 2 folds, Hero raises to $0.24, SB calls $0.23, 1 fold, UTG calls $0.22, UTG+1 folds, MP2 raises to $2.48, Hero raises to $4.97, SB folds, UTG folds.

Flop: ($7.97) 5[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 3[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players)

Turn: ($7.97) 5[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players)

River: ($7.97) 2[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players)

Final Pot: $5.48

OK, so I've got AKo on the button. There are two limpers and a raise before me. I 3-bet to 3x the raise and get two callers behind followed by the original raiser 4-betting all-in.

I figure that at this limit, my opponent can do this with JJ+ and AQ+ at least...possibly even TT+ and AJ+ if he's fishy enough. Based on that and the dead money behind me, I figure pushing over the top to get a fold from the other two players is likely +EV.

So my first question obviously is whether or not this was a good idea? I can't see folding here unless I am 100% sure that he has AA or KK...at this limit I don't think there is a fold.

The other option is calling and hoping that one or both of the players behind me call and I hit an A or K on the flop so that I can build a good side pot. Thoughts?

Thanks,
RJ78

Yes, get allin preflop with AK is good at this limit.

Good deal, thank you.

I'd also like to look at this from MP2s position. He had QQ. If I'm in his spot, I'm not sure I like 4-betting all-in. I don't know, maybe it's OK at this limit...but I'd be more inclined to call and hope for either a set or at least an over pair.

Is that too weak? I guess QQ in a 4-way pot is kind of ugly. Assuming he has noticed how tightly I've been playing (I know that's a huge assumption at this limit,) He'd know that my 3-bet range is JJ+ and AK (MAYBE AQs.) Just trying to figure out what I'd do with QQ in MP2s position. I guess a push with QQ here could be a squeeze play with the two callers...

Thoughts?

Thanks again,
RJ78
