This week I begin learning how to play MTT's. Wish me luck fellow uNLers

What's your plan for learning? Just playing them?

MTT's are such a tarp, but I can't grind cash games anymore
172 left in this sat to FTOPS 7, 100 get seats and I'm currently sitting in about 50th
Ridiculous tournament shot taking ftw

[/ QUOTE ]What are those FTOPS sat's for? Big tourny I assume.

I'm playing the 28k guarantee (getting short there), a 5+.50 (busto!) and $10 knockout now (much higher than avg there).

Hmm @ 240bb level super small stack shoves utg, biggish stack 3bets to ~3k and I have about 4k with JJ... shove right?

I made guacamole from scratch tonight and it is delicious. Seriously beats any store-bought stuff.

FTOPS event 7 tomorrow, won my ticket $322 tourney when my usual is at about the $10 level lolz. And I'm playing a $250 Aussie Millions qualifier on Cake tomorrow where one in about 60 get a seat, should be fun

Doh I finished just out of the money in the 28k. Decided to defend my blind versus obv steal with QJ but called instead of shoved. Think he calls shove anyways. Meh. I had 6k, bb was t500. I c/r'd AQx flop and he called. Then I just shoved and he had A3, heh. Boo.

Oops late in other one raised TT UTG then called minraise and ended up shoving low cards on flop vs QQ. Pretty sure that's a standard fold but zomg a pair in a donkament arrr in!

Put that 250 aside and try sat into a 1k tourny, its like 1/18, much better value. But i hope to see you in melbourne
