HU PLO8. is this a river bluff?

two players. 2-4. we both have about a buy-in. I raise to $10 with 9c Th Js Kc. he calls.

Ad Qs 8s. I like this pretty well and lead the pot. he calls.

Kh. okay, I'm out of position. I go for the money while I know I'm still ahead. he calls my pot bet.

Qc. great. if no money had gone in on the turn, I'd be happy to call. but now we've got three pot bets in there, almost half a buy-in. the reflex move is to fold to the paired board. but did he really smooth call two times with a set or two pair?

Was this on Stars? If it was a regular, who was the villain? I will sometimes call and sometimes fold here. Some of the better players will bluff here regulary with a busted low/flush draw and the weak tighties will give up everytime. I usually end up tilt calling here and get shown a fullhouse. Then I mumble to myself, "Why the F did I just call that when he obviously had a FH."

Also, I'm assuming you checked on the river b/c leading would be horrificly bad.
