Hand 1:

So the only thing that I can think of here is that if we are going to call the All-In turn bet is there any reason that we would not want to 3-bet the flop? Are we afraid that we fold out hands that we beat, but keep the sets and two pair hands in?

Hand #2:

PF is standard. Good 3-Bet.

Flop, I don't see how we fold this, and I like the 3-bet. But again, does the 3-bet drive out the drawing hands, yet bring the sets along for the ride?

Hand 1: Im praying he doesnt have a set as i shove the flop.

Hand 2: Theres lots of hands you beat, looks like a no brainer to me. I play it exactly the same. Sometimes you find AA/QQ or he improves his AQ/fd/etc. Thats life.

Re: im such a donk

So obviously you lost the first hand and I'm not sure about the second.

1- Button got great odds to call with any type of mid connecting hand. Therefore it's realistic to think he's on 67 or 89. The raise is interesting because if he had you on 2 high cards then he's trying to shut you out and may have flopped top pair with something like A9-T9. Because of his raise I'd probably 3-bet and hope to get it in. Interested to hear what the river was and what villain was holding.

2- No way I fold here. What'd you lose to, 88 or 66? Or did villain fold? I agree with the above stated, a shove here drew any type of 2 over/flush draw hand out because it's clear you have a big pair or a set and 9 outs isn't worth chasing...but obviously a set would insta-call.
