Question to FullTilt about their store policy.

Most of the electronics are not available to players living in Europe (or anywhere else than US and Canada for that matter) or have to be used with a transformer (very annoying).
Furthermore, we are hammered by custom taxes should we choose to buy one of the very few articles that are available to us.

FullTilt is now one of the 2/3 biggest sites in the world with traffic of 50.000+ at peak times every day with players from everywhere in this planet.

Don't you think you owe it not only to your customers but also to yourself to provide the same service to everyone, no matter where they live?

IMHO FullTilt is the very best site at the moment, it is really a shame that it discriminates so many of it players by not making the effort of finding a reliable supplier of electronics in Europe and other parts of the world as the other sites do.

If we, the players, are able to show you that we enjoy playing at your site and choose to sit at your tables, you, the site, should have the decency of trating us as equals, no matter where we come from.

I trully hope some of the representatives of FullTilt that participate in the discussions of this forum will take the time to clearly explain FullTilt position and policy on this matter.

Kind regards,
Green Devil

And if Stars and Party (back when they had a store) could ship to more remote locations like South Africa, I am sure Full Tilt is capacle of this. At least ship smaller items like T-shirts and caps.

Re: Question to FullTilt about their store policy.

They do ship smaller items (at least to Europe) but when you pay 10K a month in rake to their site and have enough points to fill your home with new tv's, cameras and more, it is very frustating not to be able to use them because they can't find out how to ship outside North America.

C'mon FT guys, give us hope or put us out of our misery. Just tell us what your intentions are.
GD

PS. In fact I am convinced that they will eventually fix this problem. So far FT has made all the right decisions to improve their site. Unfortunately, they are very slow and they have no idea what PR means and as a result of that we never know about the site's future plans. Extremely irritating.
Hiring a good PR man would not be a waste of money.

they refused to send me even poker chips set, to say nothing about electronics. That's dissapointing.

We're still hoping one of the kind FT representatives will comment on this issue.

all they would need would be to have a european distribution center to take care of most of the players, wouldn't they?

Either that or international shipping.

International shipping is no good. European countries demand heavy custom taxes on items from USA.
