UB rakeback is capped at 30%, FTP is capped at 27% and Poker Stars doesnt allow rakeback.

Now if you only said some other things, like:

US or not? I'm assuming you must be American given the sites you're playing, just want to be sure.

What game(s) and stakes do you play?

Absolute poker? Maybe you could play like on more smaller sites at once: Sense poker, Betfair...

Sounds like Ongame or Ipoker would be your best bet, followed by Crypto. All should get you well over 50% rakeback.

None of these offers resizable tables though, just mini-view.

Wow...well, no wonder you're looking to get away from those sites! You've got far too many choices to be playing at sites like those.

I'd second exacty what Audi said. I don't think you're going to get resizeable tables AND big RB at any site. At least with those suggestions you're going to get very good RB/bonuses, and softer competition - although maybe not at Crypto.
