if you are thinking about moving north here is my opinion.

vancouver is probably the best...but doesn't really snow there.

toronto is good.

montreal is good.

dont know about the alberta cities.

michigan blows.

been all thru michigan...ive been to all 50 states and a couple provinces (ontario, BC, about 60 miles from yukon at 1 point)

im also not really a beach guy so inland is good too
