Prima/MG players - software issues

I've played on Prima for a long time now, and there are a few things that drive me crazy. If others feel the same, perhaps we should try and get microgaming to fix them.

1) Reloading chips. You have be folded or sitting out to reload your chips. This is really annoying, and leads to lots of hands where you're unnecessarily playing with a shorter stack or having to sit out of a HU match. Ironically, I really like the way they now pause for you to reload when you go bust.

2) Reconnect doesn't work. If you have a network outage the software seems to pretty much never reconnect, or if it does it takes a very long time. Other sites reconnect in a few seconds. It's much faster to shut down the software and load it back up again, which is really bad.

3) Focus theft. When it's your turn to act, that window robs the focus from wherever it happens to be. Very annoying if you're typing a bet into another site's window.

4) Mucked cards at showdown. They no longer supply mucked cards at showdown, even though pretty much every other site does it. They screwed this one up when they first did it, showing every unfolded hand even if there was no showdown so I think that they panicked after that and took away them all.

5) Lag. This seems to be a lot better these days as it happens, but the network is still one of the laggier ones.

If you want to reload your chips, you have to be folded in every soft, so I don't get what you are talking about. You cannot reload chips when you are still active in the hand. And if you go bust it's really great how there is the pause to let you reload. In other softs you will be sat out and you have to post the BB+ a penalty of a small blind.

I play Ladbrokes which I'm assuming is the same crappy Microgaming software.

If you lose part of your stack you can't reload until you've actually folded a hand. So say you're sat at 200nl and lose $150 on one hand, you can't reload before the next hand is dealt. And it's always ALWAYS AA. Sometimes KK but usually AA. And it's [censored] infuriating.

On Party and Stars you can request your reload in the middle of a hand and it will top it up to the max if you need it.

3) Focus theft.

You can change this under "poker table options", the setting is called "Bring window to front" or something.

What grinds my gears is the fact that I can't see the lower right persons stacksize in miniview when it's my turn to act.

Edit : Lol, the other left

You can do that in microgamings soft too, I have never had a problem.

Occasionally, perhaps once every 1000 hands or so in SNG's, instead of being asked to fold/call/raise I will be asked if I want to show or muck my cards even though I have yet to make any decision. No matter which I choose I can no longer fold/call/raise and end up timing out.
The rebuy thing also really sucks.

The software is horrible.
The reload issue + the mucked hands (and the fact they they don't open hands when there is an allin) + lack of instant HH feature (you have to dig dip to find it, which is almost impossible during multitabling) are the reasons i don't play there.

Well, you can't on any of the skins I've played on, perhaps you have different software.

This is great, thanks! I'm surprised I didn't see this before.

I forgot about this actually, should definitely be on the list. I try and click on they game numbers at the top of the window about every month or so.

This thing about all this is that 1, 2 and 4 would be really easy to implement, so I can't see a good reason for them not to do it. It's possible that they don't know how people feel about them.

It's a pretty new feature so that's probably why you haven't seen it. I was so happy when they added this.
