Maybe jumper got convinced by the river that his pair was no good and David wasn't thrilled rivering 3rd pair with T9?

Is the river bet safe? doesn't TK check-raise the river? Why has Bloch ruled this out?

It's not the best card, but Andy should still value bet almost every hand he figured was good on the turn.
