First hand: I doubt I would go broke in a regular cash game, but I think in $10 NL you'll be fine if you never fold an overpair. So nh, I guess.

Raise to like $2.50 on the flop in the second hand. Other than that, nh.

First hand - I probably just call his raise and see what happens on the turn. Once you make the decision to 3bet though, we are pretty much rolling w/ the hand.

Second hand - I fold PF. Considering, we saw this flop we are never folding and the hand is player fine. I probably structure my raise of his flop bet a little larger though, just so it makes getting the money in easier.

both fine i think

hand 1: BvB - i go broke every time if we're beat

hand 2: yep nh, the money goes in at some point anyway

Re: 10NL: Line check on two hands

First hand: I'm finding at this level, most unknowns call on the flop with their big hands, then raise on the turn. My thinking at the time, was to raise and get the money in on the flop. As the turn is likely to slow/kill the action. Is this logic flawed?

Second Hand: I was unsure with my raise size (not just here but in similar spots). I'm not sure what is the preferred raise amount post flop. I usually 3bet 4x preflop and raise 3x post flop.

Or is it just more in this spot, due to the texture of the flop?

@RyanCMU - In hand two you suggest folding preflop. I started today adding SC into my calling of BU raises. Do you say fold because he is an unknown or because I will be OOP?

not too sure about that for a general rule but sometimes yes.
against a decent player at 10NL, this is often to bluff-raise the turn with air
