Benyamine Sucks?
 

I read an interview with Benyamine a year ago and he talked about how he never read a poker book and how he was just really lucky. Is it possible that he is one of the super luckboxes that Malmuth talks about running good for up to 2 years without really being any good? What is the deal with this guy? Some of his hand histories are pathetic. Is he just a steamer or playing around or does he just really really suck?

Seems to be a winner in everything, albeit with huge swings, except when it comes to no limit holdem.

I know one thing: Benyamine seems to be at a table at fulltilt every time! That guy is in a game 24 hours a day (ok, everybody sleeps at least once a week). Honestly, it`s unreal how much Benyamine plays online.

I read it in a magazine, not Cardplayer, but maybe Bluff or All In, or one of the others. It might not have been quite a year ago either.

He runs good, and sometimes forgets if he is playing NL or LHE.....

Running good for 2 years? This is ridiculus. No way he could move to this levels if he sucked.

I'm suprised that even on 2+2 people think luck is such a big factor if poker. If you can't win its because YOU suck, not Benyamine.

Well he may suck compared to Aba, but i'm sure he could beat 99% of the people on 2+2

I am not saying Benyamine is DERB. I am just saying that due to the high number of poker players someone will have unreal luck for extended periods of time and that is completely normal.

also malmuth is probably talking about live. it is incredibly difficult to run like god for 2 years online (400,000 hands....) but alot easier to run like god B&M (50,000 hands...)
