How can the official mark that punt out at the 25 when the VT player standing 4 feet out of bounds caught the ball at the 25? Do officials even give a [censored] anymore?

I also have to laugh that it was a 5 yd running into the kicker after watching Illinois get a 15 yarder last week for about 1/10th the contact
