Re: Value shove?

Judging from the way he played this hand we can assume villain is a donk. So he will def. call a push on the river with every twopair type hand he has.

could be flush, straight, set, do you think shove is really appropriate here?

Well, sometimes they have the goods and get our stack . Most of the time they don't and we get theirs.

Re: Value shove?

Donīt you think he could be trapping here?
Since he was only calling always?

Re: Value shove?

Sometimes maybe. But who cares, most of the time they're not. There ain't any sane straights out there (32s maybe) and neither are there flushes (76s maybe).

UTG+1's line seems really fishy.
I just call the river.

Ok, no straights are possible. Well if he has QT then gg. Way more likely he has two pair or some other crap. Shove please.

Re: Value shove?

Yeah, i basically insta shoved as i figured he'd made 2 pair. He obviously insta calls with 34h, but i was asking to see if people thought this is a standard shove and profitable in the long run.

I reckon it is but a couple of friends disagreed so thought i'd post it.

Raise more preflop. Bet more on turn. Shove River.
