$9700 froze on FULL TILT
 
I just got my account frozen.now there asking me for my id.the problem is i put in the wrong information for my address..instead of putting 12relend street i put 32 relend street.any advice?should i email them before telling them this mistake?

You can't go to the cashier if your account is frozen, to my knowledge.

Something tells me your 'typo' was through all of your personal information and it wasn't just the street. You're either a) underaged b) multi-accounter for rakeback/what not or c) innocent.

Probably a or b. If they ask for your ID and you made one little simple typo on the address, they won't care.

Sounds a bit sketch, if you are using multiple accounts just say you want the money shipped to your main 1st acc and close the others, thats what happens to me when they find out i signed up for rakeback, bastards

Did you use the same address when making the second account? Do they catch people if you move and use a different deposit method?

just scan your drivers license and a utility bill or banks statement. Send it to them. This happened to me last week when i tried to make a cashout and they dug up some 3 year old account (that somehow had rakeback) that i had made while underage. They'll just transfer funds there and you'll be on your merry way.
