Where were YOU conceived?
 

Both my Mom and Dad agree that I was conceived in a hotel in either Zurich, Switzerland or Lourdes, France during their honeymoon. In fact, when I was 11 years old, we actually stayed at the same Lourdes hotel where there's a 50/50 chance that I got conceived. And no, they didn't tell me about it back then. I just found out where I was conceived in the past week when I asked both of them.

I've heard the story. Camping trip to a cabin someplace in AZ.

But the cool part was my dad telling me how he was racing a yellow Jag on the way home in his 1962 Vette, with my mother sleeping in the passenger seat.

From the way he tells it, the racing was far more fun than the camping and conception.

I've had this discussion with a friend of mine quite a bit. I'm actually more interested in where others were conceived than where I was, because I don't need to think about my parents getting it on. However, I do think it's a fascinating subject. For what it's worth, the friend in question was fortunate enough to attend the high school graduation of both of his parents in addition to their wedding. Hahaha. Therefore, it could be somewhere very interesting like the backseat of a car or something.

Eastern Long Island, Montauk I think. I'm more interested in the when though, and the answer is "during the summer of 'Who Shot J.R.?'" It's great that everyone was going nuts about that while I was swimming around.
