Villan is bad just not that bad a bit loose/passive but not spewy only like 50 hands on him so far.

ooooooooooo min raise would be nasty! But too bad I didn't, I raised like 90-100 more. What does calling keep in for a river bet that a raise doesn't.

stack sizes are fine for a call. the river will be a slightly overbet if he checks but i htink it's better for the frequency that the villain has 3-bullets in his gun.

call. He isn't on a draw and will fold everything but a set to a turn raise and will stack off with a set on the river. Call is the only play.
