I agree with J-P, he is probably opening wide which makes this hand hard to play postflop OOP. Any overcards to your pair on the flop and you have tough decisions if he bets. Make it easy, shove PF

I'm not sure I would want to open shove this with the blinds this low and given you stack size is it worth it? Also if your going to call whats your strategy after the flop? Just check and fold to a bet if their are any overs. I would like to bet out at least after a flop with only one over say 200 and see where you are at. If you get raised here you can safely assume your beat and get out of it relatively unharmed. Checking tells you nothing.

Mmmm, shoving is a tad unconventional as we're not even close to being shortstacked yet but the more i think about it it doesn't seem that bad.

Could we re-raise PF here? Or is that too adventurous?

I hate spots like these, i always get the feeling that pro players are flat calling or raising the flop because folding seems so darn weak. Is raising the flop ok here? Is flat calling?

Personaly i just fold here, but i think it could be a leak.

We are fairly deep but I hate playing this OOP, especially when Villian is likely to c-bet at most flops. Villian may also see this as a resteal, and may call with AJ, AT. There just isnt many flops which I am going to like here

I was also thinking a raise PF here would let you know where you stood. But how many people would just push over that with AK? In which case you have a tough decision for all of your chips. I guess the PF all in would eliminate your hard decision and give that decision to him. I'm just afraid he instant calls with JJ.

I feel like I'm in this situation all the time (OOP with a PP and facing one over). With no reads I usually play it like the OP but also feel it could be a leak. I would really like some comments from others. Also leading out is transparent and gives you little information if villain calls.
