August\'s Baseball & Swimming Thread

Guess we're a little late putting this one up.

I have a question for the Lounge folk. Should we have a designated RIP thread? We get these, and they don't usually go very far, but I'm sometimes curious to know when I'll be getting no more output from a given celebrity. What do you think?

wookie,

i think it just seems like a lot because 6 major people have died in the course of a week. or was it 5? either way, i don't suspect we'll get another bad stretch like that for a long time (at least, i hope not)

I agree with Pryor. Let's wait and see if they taper off. If we keep getting a lot of these then start an RIP thread.

Ok so I moved this last week and I hurt my back really bad. Hurts just to sit and type this. I also fractured my hand by ramming it into the door moving crap as well. Needless to say, I wont be moving again for a while

Hurting your back while moving seems depressingly standard. Good luck on having it pass quickly.

rip thread would go down the page quickly and the next person that wanted to post about someone dying would just start a new thread anyway. there isn't that many of them. they deserve their own op.

Well actually the back has been messed up long before. A few years ago while in college playing basketball I landed on a guys foot that went right into the left side of my back under the shoulder blade and my crap has been jacked up since. That spot is really bothered me over the last couple of years and its very painful right now almost like when I first hurt it. Trust me tho, I wish it would only last a few days and I would just be whinning some but instead

Sorry you hurt yourself, X-Factor . Stay off your feet for awhile and take it easy. Hope you feel better real soon.
