Do my math homework!

$10 for each question on full tilt.

#1 Find the periodic payments necessary to accumulate the amount in a sinking fund if $50,000 in a fund paying 2% per year, with monthly payments for 10 years. (Assume end-of-period deposits and compounding at the same intervals as deposits. Round your answer to the nearest cent.)
PMT = $

#2 This exercise is based on the following table, which shows monthly figures for Apple Computer, Inc., stock (adjusted for two stock splits that took place in this time period). Calculate to the nearest 0.01% your annual return (assuming annual compounding) if you had bought Apple stock in December, 2000, and sold in August, 2005.
