small books/affilaites

many of the small unknown books offer affiliate programs that give back 35 percent to you and your players. Even if you dont sign up any players, isnt that 35% back on your net losses HUDGE!!! That alone can change a break even/losing sports bettor +ev, no???

your guys thoughts on this. I fugured a site like this with educated bettors would jump at these offers

No. 35% is less than 100%

i realize anything less then 100 percent a loser will eventually lose... But it seems like a great way to get an edge, i mean people line shop over numerous books online, isnt this kinda the same thing, i mean that 35 percent back on a loser is gonna be better then anyline u canfind

Good point, always wondered the same thing. If your a real pro, wouldn't this give you even a bigger edge? Do online sportsbooks every look into stuff like this?

You do realize you only get 35% of your NET loses. So there is no way this would ever make a losing handicapper a winner. The most it can do is reduce how much they lose.

It would be useful for someone who had an abnormal month. If for example someone had a winning record for Sept-Oct then only hit 48% in Nov and went back to having a winning record after December then yes this would reduce how much they lost in Nov so over the year they would be better off but not by any significant amount. At 25 bets a month someone who went 48% would only recover 0.805 units.

I've never seen one that offers 35% back for the affiliate himself. If so, and if they're reputable books, this could at least limit your downside.
