Cheapest commision structure for high volume canadian trader?

Hi all,

I'm Canadian and looking to mainly trade in the NYSE/NASDAQ.

Anyone know what the cheapest online brokerage is to use for a high volume trader? I would likely be making 200-400 trades per month.

I've heard cybertrader offers a $0.006/share package provided you spend a minimum of $240 in commissions for the month. Otherwise you pay a $250 penalty. This would be ideal for me, except it isn't offered in Canada. Anyone know of any similiar packages available in Canada? Maybe I'll go buy an american PO box and open one of these accounts if I have to.

not sure if it amounts to less, but they've always had good rates.
