I doubt it.

WA is a state that just felt it necessary to pass a law making text messaging and driving illegal ????

WTF I don't even know how to text message and there are ppl who can do it and drive ??????

The fact that they felt it necessary to pass a law for something only the biggest douche in the world would try to do. Is sad.

Well if it's like NY it was in reaction to something that happened. Last month in western NY 5 girls were killed because the ditz driving the car was text messaging while passing a truck or something.
