I don't think he has a king because he would continuation bet the flop if he made top pair after his raise.

Maybe he has an A10 type hand.

Second thoughts $75 looks toom uch like it wants a call.

I think $100 is a good bet. Makes him think we could have been semi bluffing the turn and now we are trying to buy the pot.

With the opponent playing this hand passively, I dont think he'll raise any bet... I think a bet of 100 would get a call from a 10, I doubt he'd put you on a K or better. Bet the most you think that would get a call from a 10, I doubt he's raising anywhere here, get some value.
