Folding doesn't feel right, so push or float here?

(Yeah, I don't like the size of my PFR here either.)

Since you raised 6x the big blind I would assume you were planning on getting all your chips into the pot at some point during the hand. I would probably make a bluff reraise becuase I am thinking he has nothing.

I would raise less preflop, and then I'd probably fold this flop.

The limp call preflop screams low-mid pocket pair. This flop bet doesnt seem like a set. Most players at the 6.50s will check raise their big hands. I would put him on a pair between 66-99. I dont trust villian to fold his mid pocket pair if I push it. Combine that with the chance that he is leading a set makes this a fold for me. I can see the arguement for a push but your stack is still healthy and there are lots of spots later in the game when the blinds get bigger.

I really don't like making it 300 preflop here.

300 puts you in a very tough spot with very little maneuverability postflop. You can't c-bet without getting half of your stack in the middle, and will often be playing guessing games or laying down the best hand if you don't.

I make it 175/200 here, leaving me enough room to c-bet.

As played, I push unless I know the bettor is a total station or actually would do this with a real hand. To clarify, I push this against an unknown, but plz don't tell anyone.
