5.50 JJ call raise or fold?

Villian has played pretty tight poker for the most part except for one hand earlier in the tourney when he raised from the c/o and a loose player called from the B. Flop came KQx, he bet about half the pot and B called. Turn was a T. He bet about half the pot and B calls. River is a 8. He bets and B calls showing KT and he shows 88.

The following two hands were back to back. I show you the AK hand just so you can get a feel for his play.

The very next hand I pick up JJ. My question is:

Call. raise, or fold? How is my line?

your open raise size is too big, 150-200 will certainly suffice. id 4 bet shove.
