Is it better to DoubleBarrel in this spot

BTN: $50.75
Hero (SB): $24.55
BB: $66.70
UTG: $27.15

Pre-Flop: Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] dealt to Hero (SB)
2 folds, BTN raises to $0.50, Hero raises to $1.50, BTN calls $1

Flop: ($3) 4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 5[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 Players)
BTN checks, Hero bets $2, BTN calls $2

Turn: ($7) 3[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 Players)
BTN checks, Hero checks

River: ($7) 7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 Players)
BTN bets $4.75, Hero folds

Results: $7 Pot ($0.35 Rake)
BTN mucked and WON $6.65 (+$3.15 NET)

he was like a 70,30,2.5

his pfr's were all minraises. I also saw him call weak on the flop a few times. He was folding to my bets on the flop, this was the first time he called me.

So would it have been smart to bet the turn and try and take it down there.

If you're gonna raise, make a real raise preflop. Like, to $2.75-3.25ish.

Flop bet should be like 2.5.. you wanna make it closer to pot to discourage his loose calls with like 88).

On the turn, it seems like his hands are weighted towards draws but with some kings and some pocket pairs thrown in. You can bet like $4.5-5 (doesn't have to be as big as flop bet since he's probably calling like 50% of the time, as opposed to like 70-75% of the time on flop).

Anyways, just mix it up. Find players that call flops light and double barrel them. This guy seems like a fish so you don't have to double barrel because he's gonna pay off when you hit. But on the other edge of the sword, he's probably not raising a lot, so we can inflate the pot and still most likely see the river. I'd bet like 70% of the time and check 30%.

I think a turn bet is for value and you have the best hand when called still quite a bit. Depends on the opponent. Unless you have reason to suspect a c/r frequently I would bet, raise more PF, bet more on flop, big on turn and shove any river.
