A squeese and a reraise gone bad

I had villain in this hand at about 26/22/2.5. Thinking player. Probably tricky.
Coldcaller was loose. Is this always AA-QQ ?? I figured he would 4 bet these preflop beacause of the coldcaller in between. I normally run at 19/15 so my image should be pretty nitty. C-bet ??? Would u ever push turn? Guess he would fold jacks, queens i dont know.

I think Hand 1 is fine.
Hand 2 I c-bet almost every time and shut down when I get called. Probably value in raising the river when the board double-pairs as he can fold lots of hands that beat/tie with us.
