Not the biggest hand I've won by any means, but it was the sweetest one

Tried moving up to NL100 today and I just got crushed the first 20 or so hands, in particular this one guy who was playing totally out of control, repeatedly raising UTG with crap, doubled through on me when he raised UTG and called my 3-bet with J5o then made a boat on the turn.

He kept doing this and was running 57/46, including showing down several bluffs. And was just generally being obnoxious, then along comes this hand:

Would normally never play this way, but I was sure I had a better hand and could outplay him postflop, and on the river when the 3rd diamond came his huge overbet just screamed bluff.

Anyway this pot put me up for the session, and I'm still just on a real adrenaline rush afterwards.
