I was answering in regards to points, which are contributed. It sounds like you're asking about RB...I have no idea, although I would assume it is contributed as well.

That may have been an old link you were looking at, as OnGame affiliates haven't been allowed to advertise RB for many months.

contributed points? sheesh... that'll take ages clearing the bonus at nl100 wont it? is it better off going to another network for rb/bonus at nl100/nl200?

If the rb/bonus at nl100/nl200 elsewhere is greater than 50-65% then yes. If not, then no.
