NL 2/4 - TT vs. mincheckraise by reg

NL 2/4 4-handed

I have $520 on Button, Villain covers. He's a regular at NL100-NL400 (small site). Raises ATC on button, usually has a big hand when 3-betting me, always c-bets 1/2 pot on the flop when raising preflop. He hasn't pulled this move on me before, but shoving seems kinda bad, is my 3-bet sizing ok? It's a drawy flop so I need to punish him just in case he's getting frisky. I had generally been c-bet/folding when this happened since I usually had NPND when doing so, but it hadn't happened too often, maybe twice in 30 orbits or so when the table was fuller.

Hero raises to $16 with T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], Villain calls, BB folds.

Flop 5[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 3[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]

Villain checks, Hero bets $26, Villain raises to $52, Hero raises to $154.

call and eval turn you haev position. 3betting flop is a disaster bc your only getting called by sets or better pairs.

i can't see any reason not to call on the flop here, unless he's crazy enough to get it in with A9 or something
