how do you deal with these? do you just call pf? what about on flop?

I hate to say it but it's probably best folding flop. I noticed opponent doing 2 donkish things; min raise pre flop and bet 1/3rd of pot on flop. Usually I just put them on a better hand on that flop and catch them later in the session with a good ole set mine.

I think it's mainly a question of whether you want to play chicken or not. Villain could have a TT-type hand he'll let go of. He also could have something like QJs that you're actually beating, but you're a long way from showdown at the moment. And he could have something more like AA or AK.

But we have no real read on how he'd play any of these hands, and I'd probably just let him have this one, like you did.

Anyway, bluff-calling the flop (with the idea of maybe making a play for it later) and raising the flop (mostly as a bluff) seem like the main alternatives. I wouldn't discount his hand a whole lot just because he only min/3-bet preflop, though. People do that with very strong starting hands sometimes in a game as trappy as NL 25.
