CNBC

I decided to watch their programs for four hours this morning. There was no substantive analysis on anything besides common sense [censored] a bum would understand. Mostly it was everyone crying for rate cuts. Show hosts: "Does the Fed just not get it?"

Why do they put the sleaziest, most ogreish looking people on their programs? Some of these guys are the car salesmen I see on my local TV commercials.

CAN PETRODOLLARS LEAD YOU TO FAST MONEY?

Holy [censored].

Relax you're a CNBC fish, try fast money at 5.

I just heard about that too. Anyone know what happened?

I saw that too.

Very odd. He looked like he was either having a heart attack or trying to hold back from throwing up. Then, after CNBC cut away to a chart, there was the sound of Bob's microphone hitting something -- almost as if he collapsed onto the desk below him or tossed off his mic to go puke.

Maria Bartiromo & Erin Burnett get me every time. CNBC provides little information of substance, it's an entertainment station in the same way ESPN is. You have countless "experts" who once played the sport announcing what they think, when in fact they have very little in stake (aside from CEOs whose job it is to raise capital).

Good call.

As for Bob, I was joking when I talked about the heart attack. I think he would've clenched his chest or uttered painful sounds. I think it really was a technical problem, whether the teleprompter went out or he forgot the opening speech he had memorized, hence him repeating the same phrase over and over as if searching for the next words. If it really was a health problem (or he was so nervous he had to puke) I apologize and wish him the best.

I sometimes watch CNBC because:

- Erin Burnett is [censored] hot

- Kudlow & Company at 7pm ET often has commentators that are pretty ACist and pro Ron Paul
