From Scotty Nguyen poker challenge main event

Blinds are 100/200 with $25 ante,avg stack is 16k,villian has 13k,I have 26k
Villian is on button,I am BB,Villian raises to 650
I call w/A,T spades
Flop is Tc,3h,5c
I check, Villian bets 2250, I reraise to 4800, villian shoves.
He shoved on me on a reraise (not a check raise) about an hour ago & I folded.
Any thoughts, help, bad play, anything?
Thank you

BSB play I'm pretty sure this is a call. BTW, I wouldn't CR the flop unless I wanted to get it all in.

if you check raise this flop you should be snap calling a shove imo. and this is a good line if you expect villian to be 3bet bluffing a lot of the time with overs / flush draw type hands

if your'e not happy with your hand to play for stacks at this point vs villian, then i would check / call flop, revaluate turn

There's 18800 in the pot, it's 7550 more to call, you need 28.6% equity for this to be cEV neutral. Against a range of {overpairs, sets, AT, flush draw with 2 overs, OESFD}, you have 27.145%, which makes it a marginal spot. If there's doubt about whether Villain would be doing this with a big draw, then it's probably a fold. By C/R'ing the flop, you create the potential to play a huge pot where you're significantly behind when the money goes in. I'd 3bet pre, and as played definitely c/c the flop.

i hate a check-raise esp without a plan. c/c is definitely my standard.

3 bet pre, lead flop. Smells like FPS to me as played.

rr/3bet pf. lead out pot on the flop and shove the turn.

As played, call the shove. He had Ace wheel with combo draw?

Edit: c/r isn't a good play like others said.
