Excessive sweating, need some help

I've always been kind of a heavy sweater, but since I've lost about 20 lbs this summer, I'm noticing that I sweat MORE!

My forehead will start sweating under direct sunlight. At the Tech game on saturday, I was basically soaking wet by half-time and I cant go to parties until winter because I become disgustingly sweaty in about half an hour. My forehead is the worst, followed distantly by my armpits.

Anyone got any ideas to help me stop sweating?

This may be a medical problem, hyperhidrosis, or may just be normal variation in sweat rate. See your doctor.

Hyperhidrosis just means you sweat a lot. Doctors are basically useless for this.

OP not much you can do about it. There is no accepted prescription that makes you sweat less. There are some surgeries but the results are terrible with compensatory sweating being the norm. I sweat a ton too and just don't care about it any more.

Botox injections under the armpits if you're that desperate. Although it can make some people sweat more from other places. (edit: consult your doctor)

Maxim is another alternative (www.stopsweat.com)

I've never tried these myself, I just read them on this thread:
