Are there any companies where I can buy X gallons of gas and have them stored somewhere nearby for future use?

??? Gas prices are going to keep rising. When gas is $5/gallon or $10/gallon, I'd like to have a 10,000 gallon storage of gas I bought at $3/gallon.

The only problem with a site like this is that when gas hits $5/10 a gallon, how are they paying out to all those people that locked price in at $3?

Answer: THey aren't. They are closing up shop and hitting the beach with a pina colada.
