Health and Fitness

I know absolutely nothing about health and fitness. If a mod is needed there I would mod it (celaring out spam etc). Might give me a reason to read it.

i already volunteered for that. the discussion was about adding a mod who actually can be considered an H&F expert.

I haven't really hung out in that forum before, but i did 3 years of fairly serious body building (not to competition level or anything) and still lift/exercise very routinely. I wouldn't mind getting involved and posting a lot over there if you guys want a content heavy mod with some experience int he area.
