When does this data policy start effecting sharkscope?

I haven't seen any changes on sharkscope due to the new pokerstars data policy. Does anyone know when this will begin?

Feels like this is directed at the sites not the users of those sites. Agreed? (not sure that matters much -- hell look at the damage UIGEA did)

lol, what are you talking about?

I'm pretty sure if SharkScope stops providing the data, the users will be unable to access it...

Think it through brotha -- Shark has NO obligation to follow through -- what's gonna happen, PS sues them? Shark faces a greatly shrunken user base without PS base.

I doubt PS will have a leg to stand on UNLESS they put it back on the end user... which was really what I was getting at -- in a convoluted manner granted...

Do you really think Stars would attempt to implement a policy that they can't enforce? Maybe you should think it through...

I was told Stars won't allow you to play on their site if you visit sites that do not cooperate. (Obv, if someone wants to, they can get around it with a second machine, but that isn't really what we are discussing here - and how many users do you think SS will lose if everyone has to use some sort of workaround?)

HOw about sharkscope closes its site no more free searches and makes it a private community to weed out certain people like people using it for talking crap. would it still be good to use it?

Did I crap talk you pshady? and sure it would be great as long as they still tracked EVERYONE as superbly as they do now. But then why would they do this. The five for free is the hook, just like the chick on the front page of that porn site you are looking at. You want to see all the skin -- you pay...
