1/2 JJ Live NL, Value bet river?

mp1 raises to 11 (has done this a few times but I think he's a decent player so he has some kind of hand here),
mp2 calls 11.
I call in CO with JJ (reraise? my stack is ~100)

I think one other person calls.

Flop 882, checks to pfr who bets 13, mp2 folds, i call (after asking how much he has left, he tells me 46), rest fold.

Turn x, he checks, i check,

River x, he checks, i should ...? bet 25?

Raise this to 50 preflop. Call when he pushes with his AK.

As played, I probably bet 15 or 20 and hope he "just wants to see what I have".
